How long does the installation process take?Depending on the level of coverage chosen, turnaround can be 1-2 days.

Do I need to clean my bike prior to drop off?As long as the bike isn't caked in mud, or extremely dirty, we can handle all the prep. If it is extremely dirty, a quick clean would be helpful in lowering the change of debris contamination under the film. While we thoroughly prep the areas of installation before laying film, the cleaner it is initially, the better.

I've already purchased a RideWrap or Invisiframe kit online, can you install it for me?Yes! If you've changed your mind on installing the kit yourself, we can install it for you. Please just keep all original packaging (especially the installation diagram, so we know which piece goes where), and we can get you protected.

I see your service area listed as Cedar Park, but no exact address. Why is that?Since we are working out of our home garage, for privacy reasons, we give the exact address upon setting an appointment (versus having it listed on the site publicly). We are located in the Brushy Creek/Buttercup Creek area to give you a close idea on location.
-
What are your hours? We are by appointment only, and offer flexible drop offs/pickups.
-
What bike protection kits are you using? We utilized RideWrap's template system to cut your protection kit, in-house.
-
What paint protection film are you using? We use SunTek (traditional glossy and matte) paint protection films. This film is covered by a 10yr manufacturer warranty against yellowing and cracking. This is the same film we use to protect cars as well.
-
My bike has a factory matte paint job, can you still protect it?Yes! We use matte paint protection film for the matte finished bikes. If you have a gloss bike that you would like to transform to matte, we can do that as well utilizing the matte paint protection film.

What else can you protect, other than bikes?Cars! Our sister company, Refined PPF, features all of our automotive installations. Check it out at www.refinedppf.com

I had bike protection installed, and have incurred some damage on the film. Now what?Pictures texted to us (or emailed), with a description of the damage, is very helpful. We can determine what piece needs to be replaced, and quote it for you. If the damage is severe enough that the paint was damaged, you would have to get the damage repaired before we could lay film back on it.
